A Computer Operator / IT Assistant Short Course is designed to provide practical knowledge and hands-on skills for entry-level roles in the field of Information Technology. This course covers essential areas such as computer hardware, software installation, MS Office, Inpage, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, internet usage, C# Programming Language, Content Writing (UX reports, instruction manuals, FAQs etc) and basic troubleshooting. Participants will learn how to operate, maintain, and support computer systems in office and business environments. The course also includes training in file management, email handling, network basics, and data entry techniques. Upon successful completion, trainees will be able to assist in daily IT operations, provide user support, and perform routine maintenance of computer systems, preparing them for jobs in both public and private sectors
